Refund Policy

Before the batch starts

Withdraw more than TODO(office) days before the first session and your fee is refunded in full. Inside that window, TODO(office): state the partial amount.

After the batch starts

Once sessions have begun, a partial refund is available up to the TODO(office) session. After that point the fee is non-refundable, because the place can no longer be offered to someone else.

If we reschedule or cancel

If Courskills moves a batch and the new dates don't work for you, or cancels it outright, you get a full refund — regardless of the windows above.

How to request a refund

Email admin@courskills.com with your name and the batch. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within TODO(office) days.
